Check out the latest enhancements to CSN Planner Navigator

We are excited to announce several Planner Navigator updates that will improve the supplier experience. On October 25th, suppliers can: 

Reach more planners  

Planners can opt-in to be included in Planners To Meet, expanding the number of planners a supplier can see. Previously, suppliers could see only planners using RFP Showcase.  

Filter with ease 

Enhanced filtering options make refining information easier. Suppliers can access all filters from the Filter button, and filter options are displayed in a single panel with Planner and RFP criteria clearly indicated.

See the Awarded Venue 

If a planner chooses to share an awarded venue, suppliers will see the awarded venue in the Planners You Know Planner Card.  

Understand why a planner declines proposals 

Suppliers can see the top reasons a planner has declined proposals in the Planner Card, helping you understand their top pain points. The planner’s reasons for declining are displayed in the order of most to least used.  

Above Property User Experience 

In addition to performance optimizations that will provide a faster user experience, above property users will now have more visibility into the planners who are working with their venues through the following enhancements.

Above property users can see which venues a planner sent an RFP to in the RFP overview card in the Planners You Know tab. You can quickly sort and view information on a group of hotels in your portfolio by filtering your search by chain, brand, or MMA.
