Top News: Instant Book functionality will be available for guest users in the Cvent Supplier Network in October!

We are excited to announce the launch of the Instant Book experience for guest users of the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN) on October 25, 2023. Suppliers will now have more exposure because their meeting and guest room inventory will be visible to a wider audience of planners. Earlier, CSN users were required to have an existing account and be logged in to Cvent to view Instant Book rates and availability and complete a booking. That changes now! Guest users can now check out the rates and availability easily.

To complete a booking, users with an existing Cvent account will need to log in and confirm their booking on the ‘Checkout Page’. Guest users without an account will still be able to search for rates and availability, but before completing their booking, they will be asked to first create an account.

Cvent WhiteLabel RFP is all new and revamped!

We are excited to announce a new revamped WhiteLabel RFP solution that will be available to you on October 11, 2023. You’ll see an improved and modernized look and feel for the White Label button, with the same experience and features you are used to. If your RFP currently pops up as an overlay form, upgrading will populate the form in a new browser tab.

The migration to the new platform will be seamless. This change will not require any work on your end unless you would like to further customize the button. If you are interested in this new enhancement, you can reach out to your Client Success representative or open a case with our Customer Support Team.

Participating is optional through the end of this year, at which time all customers will automatically transition to this new White Label.

Here is a glimpse of some upcoming features in the next few quarters. Stay tuned!

• Supplier Analytics like GA4 - Allow suppliers to track planner usage using Google Analytics or Custom Tracking Code

• Smart Custom Proposal - Suppliers can send Smart Custom Proposal to WhiteLabel RFP, which can be opened and viewed by the WhiteLabel planners

• Theming Options - Suppliers will have the flexibility to update the theming of the default button, and the theming benefits will be extended to Pro and Enterprise planners

• WhiteLabel Search - Support for this new RFP form with WhiteLabel Search
