We're thrilled to announce some upcoming improvements to Planner Navigator, tailored to enhance your prospecting experience! These enhancements, directly inspired by feedback from our above-property users, will also bring significant benefits to our property-level users.

1. New Planner Field and Filter - Chain Scale: Now, users can effortlessly view and filter planners based on specific Chain Scales. This highly requested feature empowers you to identify planners who are sourcing venues of similar Chain Scales to you for enhanced targeting. If you're an Above Property Sales Manager, this enhancement offers an added layer of control to refine your searches. The included Chain Scales are Independents, Economy Chains, Upscale Chains, Upper Upscale Chains, Luxury Chains, Midscale Chains, and Upper Midscale Chains.

   
   

2. Planner Location Filter - Region: We've amplified the Planner Location Filter capabilities, allowing users to search for planners in specific regions or sub-regions. You can now filter planners based on regions and sub-regions, streamlining your search process, and ensuring targeted results aligned with your sellers' deployment. Included regions/subregions are:

• United States - Midwest US, Northeast US, Southeast US, Southwest US, Western US

• Canada - Central Canada, East Coast Canada, West Coast Canada, Northern Canada, The Prairies Canada, Rocky Mountains Canada

• Europe - United Kingdom, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe

• Australia and Oceania - Australia and Oceania

• All Africa

• All Asia

• All Caribbean and Bermuda

• All Central America

• All South America

• All North America

• All Mexico

• All Middle East

3. Planner Location Filter - Radius: Users can now broaden their planner search beyond their selected location with the Radius Filter, providing greater flexibility. You can add a radius of up to 100 miles on top of the selected location filter. This enhancement allows users to discover planners located just outside their initial selection, opening up new opportunities and expanding their planning horizons.

   

4. AI Prospecting Pitches for CVB/DMO Clients and Filter Enhancements: In February this year, we launched two updates to enhance the experience for our valued CVB/DMO customers.

• CVB AI Prospecting Pitches: We've tailored our Prospecting Pitches feature to cater specifically to Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) and Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs). With this update, our CVB AI Prospecting Pitches now include unique destination details such as the total number of guest rooms and hotels within the CVB's area, as well as the total square footage of convention centers. Additionally, the messages include convenient venue profile links, streamlining the prospecting process for CVB/DMO clients. This expansion signifies our dedication to inclusivity, ensuring that all our clients, including CVBs and DMOs, can leverage the power of AI-driven prospecting pitches to enhance their operations.
