Introducing new enhancements in Cvent White Label RFP

The product team has worked on some great improvements that we know you’re going to love:

Supplier Analytics & Cookie Banner

Suppliers can track the planner's behavior on their White Label RFP form by specifying their Google Analytics ID and Custom Tracking Code. This will be implemented by the customer support team for all users. This feature is being released in the newly redesigned Cvent White Label RFP solution on December 20, 2023. Since the analytics tool will track the planners' behavior, a cookie banner will also be required on the White Label RFP form.

The Display Cookie Banner & Privacy Policy will be mandatory in the new web form, and Cvent will support Google Analytics 4 as part of Cvent White Label. Please note that a planner must accept the cookie banner to allow their behavior to be tracked by the analytics tool. Planners can also view Cvent and the supplier's privacy policy within the RFP form, which can be added by the customer support team on request.

Suppliers can forward RFPs

Suppliers will now have the choice to forward received RFPs to other venues if they cannot accommodate the RFP, for example they do not have the meeting space or sleeping room availability.

The forwarding feature will only be available when the planner selects the ‘Let Venues Forward this RFP’ option when creating the RFP.

Key changes:

• Forward Venues – By default, this checkbox button will be checked for the planner. There is no limit to the number of venues the RFP can be forwarded to.

• CVBs – Will be able to forward the RFP to any number of venues they want.

The new enhancement will benefit suppliers by allowing CVBs and other venues to forward the RFP to partner properties that meet the planner’s requirements and help planners have a higher chance of getting a venue that fits their requirements for the event.
