Top News: Introducing new enhancements in Planner Navigator
The product team has worked on some great improvements that we know you’re going to love. Starting January 31, 2024, you will see the following new features in Planner Navigator.
AI Prospecting Pitches - A ChatGPT–powered assistant that will generate prospecting emails on behalf of suppliers. Researching planners and crafting prospecting emails is time-consuming and often gets sidelined. With this new solution, suppliers can now just click on the planner’s email and use the AI assistant to generate a pitch. It offers a significant time-saving advantage by providing a customized first draft using an AI assistant that considers both the planner's preferences and the venue's unique selling points. This new feature will help suppliers enhance business opportunities and lead conversions.
Expanded Filters & RFP Type - Additional filters will help suppliers easily find the planners that they are looking for.
The new "RFP Type" filter allows suppliers to filter for planners who are sourcing a specific type of room allocation.
There are two improved events start date filter options. “Include events from all years” will let suppliers search the exact year in their event date range or all previous years, and “Event start day” enables suppliers to find the planners who hold events on specific days of the week according to the venue’s availability.
The new "RFP Received Date" filter will allow suppliers to search for planners who are sourcing during a specific time frame, allowing them to contact those planners during their typical sourcing window, therefore increasing the chances of securing the business.
