New enhancements in Passkey

The product team has worked on some exciting new features in Passkey that will simplify the sub-block group management and room block requests for the selected suppliers that use this functionality. Try these new features starting March 6, 2024, and take your sub-block group management to the next level.

1.       New Sub-block Group Management Workflow

We've revamped the process for creating and managing sub-block groups, introducing a sleeker user interface and updated backend technology. You can manually approve sub-block groups created via Auto Block, making the management process smoother. We've also added a dedicated "Sub-Blocks" section within the event-level navigation for easy access. This enhanced workflow is primarily for organizations but can also be utilized by hotels looking to streamline their sub-block group management.

Stay tuned for more enhancements coming your way in the upcoming months, including a read-only view of inventory associated with sub-block groups and the ability for organizers to edit inventory directly.
