Introducing RFP Showcase Visibility in the Manage RFP Tab

Overview:

We are excited to introduce a new, dedicated section for RFP Showcase within the "Manage RFPs" tab, enabling you to view RFPs from the RFP Showcase in your standard workflow. Those with RFP Showcase will have easier access to these RFPs directly within your "Manage RFPs" tab, streamlining your proposal management process. You will now have all critical RFP data visible in one central location, enhancing your productivity and providing additional visibility into qualified leads that were not sent directly to you.

Key Features:

• Separate Grid for RFP Showcase: For suppliers with access to RFP Showcase, a new section in the "Manage RFPs" tab displays RFPs from RFP Showcase alongside your other inbound RFPs.

• Clickthrough to RFP Details: Clicking on an RFP Name redirects you to the RFP Showcase tab's "Create Proposal" page.

• RFP License Qualification: This feature is available to suppliers with a an active RFP Showcase License, and shows RFPs only when at least one venue in a supplier account meets the RFP criteria.

• Real-time RFP Updates: Once an RFP is dismissed, the list auto-updates with qualified RFPs when available.

• Improved Efficiency: Easily locate and manage RFPs, reducing time spent navigating between tabs and improving overall efficiency.

• Enhanced Experience: By consolidating RFPs into one central tab, this feature greatly simplifies your workflow and boosts your visibility into qualified RFPs that were not sent directly to you.

Additional Details:

• This feature is available to Suppliers who have access to RFP Showcase.

• Didn't mean to dismiss an RFP? Don't worry! Any dismissed RFPs will still be visible in the RFP Showcase tab but will no longer appear in the "Manage RFP" tab. You can still claim it like any other Showcase RFP as long as it is still available.
