Planner Portal - New Event List and Event Overview Pages

Expected Release Date: Rolling out starting 01/14/2026

What's Changed: The Passkey Planner Portal has been modernized with a redesigned experience that separates key workflows into dedicated pages, making it easier to find information and understand event performance at a glance. This initial release introduces two new pages: Event List and Event Overview.

Benefit: Event stakeholders can now locate the right event faster, access key metrics in fewer clicks, and quickly assess event performance without navigating multiple screens. This update reduces time spent on routine tasks and improves confidence in monitoring room block performance, booking pace, and viewing participating hotels.

Audience: Passkey event stakeholders who need to track room block performance, drop off rooming lists, or manage reservations for an event, including:

• Event-level planners: Individuals designated by the event organizer with full access to an event’s inventory and metrics (e.g., a hotel granting a meeting planner access for their event, or a Passkey event organizer granting their end-client access).

• Sub-block group contacts: Individuals who manage one or more sub-block groups, with access limited to their group(s) inventory and metrics (e.g., a sports team’s travel manager responsible only for their team’s sub-block and reservations).

Scope of Release: This release focuses on the updated Passkey Planner Portal experience and the introduction of dedicated pages for core workflows:

• Event List: After signing in at planners.passkey.com, both event-level planners and sub-block group contacts can view a tile or list view of all upcoming and past events they’re assigned to. Important details like event dates and room-night pickup are highlighted, and search and filter functionality makes it easy to find specific events.

  

• Event Overview: Selecting an event opens the Event Overview page, which presents detailed metrics and visualizations, including room-night pickup, a room-night summary, and booking pace. Core event details are included, and participating hotels are listed and shown on an interactive map.

  

• Additional Functionality: All other features from the previous experience remain available in the new portal. These pages will continue to be enhanced in future releases.
