Modernized Venue Profile Page on the Cvent Supplier Network

We are excited to announce significant enhancements to the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN) profiles, aimed at improving the user experience for event planners and increasing supplier visibility. These updates are live now across the network.

What has changed on the Venue Profile Page?

• The booking options are always accessible in a dedicated panel on the right. This includes Select Venue, Promotions (available for 2 Diamond Listings and above), and Instant Book (available for instantly bookable venues).

• Contact Details/Multi-Media Gallery are always available at the top, even as a user scrolls down the page.

• Promotions/Need Dates show a "matching dates" indicator when a planner's event dates matches the promotion dates/need dates offered by the supplier.

• Text introducing the supplier is now available at the top of the page under About Us.

Why did these changes take place?

• Our enhanced profiles are a direct result of planner feedback. These updates align with our goals of providing planners a modernized search and sourcing experience, and increasing traffic to venue profiles.

• We have improved accessibility for profile viewers.

• These updates ensure viewers have a more optimized mobile and tablet experience.

Will these updates affect my workflow?

No, while these updates will positively impact the way planners view your profile information, your daily workflow and process will not be impacted. All information previously entered into your account will remain live, with no proactive action needed to enable the modernized profile. You can view your modernized profile by selecting the Profile Preview in your account.
