What's New?

You can now download PDF versions of both your External Proposals and White Label Guest proposals!

Previously, downloading proposals as PDFs was only available for responses to RFPs submitted through the Cvent Supplier Network. With this update, you're able to generate downloadable, professionally formatted PDFs for proposals, whether the RFP was received from outside of Cvent or your White Label RFP Form.

This enhancement streamlines your process, delivers highly customized, templated proposal documents, and makes it simple to share your Smart Custom Proposal details with clients and stakeholders—ensuring every proposal stands out.

Who does this impact?

• External Proposals planners and suppliers

• White Label guest planners (or planners who do not have a Cvent Supplier Network login)
