What's new?

The Supplier Quote Submission Redesign transforms the way suppliers interact with RFPs, making the quoting process faster, clearer, and more intuitive. With this update, you can easily enter detailed line items, respond to requests from any device, and navigate a streamlined workflow that puts the most important actions front and center. This means you can submit more competitive, complete quotes—boosting your chances of winning business—while planners benefit from quicker, higher-quality responses.

Key Features:

• The quote submission process now features a full-page view, providing you a spacious, organized interface to review and respond to RFPs. RFP details are visible while creating quotes, making it easier to access event needs while building the quote.

• Line items are prioritized and displayed above quote details, with a clear “Send Quote” button at the bottom for a seamless submission experience.

• The entire flow is mobile responsive, so you can submit quotes on the go.

• Decline actions are now easy to find and prompt you to provide a reason, reducing planner uncertainty and keeping everyone in the loop.

• Net Rates and Commission are highlighted on the first step, making it clear which option the planner is asking for in their RFP. Both Commission and Net Rates can now be added to line items.

• In addition to tax and gratuity, there is now a custom adjustment available for line items.

• Related steps are grouped logically, making the process more discoverable and less cluttered. You can save your progress and come back to make edits before sending to planners.

• Planners will see the line item level commission/net rate information, and the total calculated savings.

• No changes are being made to quote status flows at this time.
