Why Competitive Sets?

  • Fair & Anonymized Benchmarking: Measure your performance against competitors in a fair and confidential environment.

What Does Competitive Sets Do?

Competitive Sets allows you to create and analyze groups of 8–10 venues and compare their performance across multiple metrics, including:

  • Response Time

  • Response Rate

  • Average Meeting Value

  • Average Meeting Size

  • Volume of Enquiries

  • Value of Enquiries

  • Conversion Rate

Creating Your Competitive Set:

  • Requirements: Your competitive set must include 8 to 10 venues.

  • Independence: Venues in the set must not be under common ownership, management, or control with your venue.

  • Flexibility: You can update your competitive set every 6 months after your subscription starts.

Brand & Chain Guidelines:

  • Diversity: At least 3 different chains must be included in your competitive set.

  • Brand Limit: No single brand should exceed 25% of the total sleeping rooms in the competitive set.

  • Meeting Space Cap: A similar 25% cap applies per property for meeting space.

Package & Access:

  • 30-Day Free Trial: Available for Venues with an Enhanced Listing.

  • Upgrade Option: After the trial, you can upgrade to the Basic Package which includes 1-Year Validity

  • Up to 3 Competitive Sets per Venue
