      Attendee Messaging Recipients API

We're introducing a new API designed to programmatically access recipient lists for all 1:1 and/or Group Messaging conversations in Attendee Hub. This is extremely important for organizations with regulatory compliance requirements that need to track and archive attendee communications and who is sending them.

This API is intended to be used with our existing Compliance API. It closes an important gap, preventing certain customers from fully adopting our API-based solution. This enables customers, primarily in the Financial Services sector, to utilize Attendee Hub's messaging feature while feeling confident they can still meet regulatory requirements.

Who is this feature or new product intended for?

      • Financial Services customers who are required by the SEC (and other regulatory bodies) to track and archive attendee communications

      • See the previous Compliance Logging in Attendee Hub release announcement for more context.

What do you need to know?

      • This new, dedicated API is built for this purpose and will be used with the Compliance API.

      • Recipient lists are only supported for the 1:1 & Group Attendee Messaging feature in Attendee Hub.

        • Only messaging conversations created post-release will be supported in this API

      • Conversations in the Attendee Hub Web and Event App are supported.

      • Upon release, additional documentation about this new API will be available via the Developer Portal.

      Surveys

Smarter Thank You Pages for Assessments

We have enhanced how Thank You Pages are displayed in Assessments by introducing real-time evaluation based on a respondent's performance. Previously, the Thank You page selection relied on basic filters and their sequence in the survey designer, which could sometimes result in inaccurate or confusing outcomes, such as displaying a "Pass" page even if the respondent had failed an assessment.

With this update, Thank You Pages are now evaluated dynamically based on actual assessment results, ensuring each respondent sees the most relevant and accurate message.

      • Advanced Filters Based on Assessment Status, removing the dependency on static, assessment-specific filters and simplifies setup. Planners can now configure Thank You Pages using new filter fields:

        • Current Assessment Score

        • Current Assessment Percentage Score

        • Current Assessment Pass/Fail Status

      • Updated Page Evaluation Logic

        • Only the default Thank You Page is shown if no assessments use Pass/Fail evaluation.

        • If any assessment has Pass/Fail criteria, the system first evaluates the Pass and Fail pages.

        • Within each category (Pass, Fail, Default), pages with advanced filters are evaluated first (in designer order), followed by those without filters.

      • UI Enhancements
The survey designer now clearly labels Thank You Pages as Pass, Fail, or Default, helping planners quickly identify page types during configuration.
