NEW: White Label Search integration with new White Label RFP

You can now re-size and edit images within the Smart Custom Proposal templates. Once you upload an image to the site designer, you will find an option to ‘edit image’, which will let you crop the image using set aspect ratios or free-form selection or re-size it. You can reset the image to its original size at any point.

We are excited to announce the latest enhancement to the White Label Experience - integrating White Label Search with the new White Label RFP feature. This new integration aims to help suppliers capture more planners from their websites and streamline the RFP creation process for event planners.

With the White Label Search feature on your brand or chain's website, event planners will now see a branded version of your venue's Supplier Network profile. Once the venues are selected from your portfolio, planners can now submit the RFP using the new White Label RFP form.

For suppliers, the transition to the new platform will be seamless. Here's what's new with the integration:

• Redirection: Planners will now be redirected to a new White Label RFP form within the White Label Search platform for the RFP creation process. This streamlines the process and ensures a smoother workflow.

• Enhanced Security & Accessibility: The new White Label RFP feature is part of Cvent Supplier Network's new Planner Experience. Not only does it offer robust security measures, but it also improves accessibility, making it easier for planners to create and submit RFPs.

• Mobile Responsiveness: The new White Label RFP feature is designed to be mobile-responsive. It can be accessed seamlessly on various devices, browsers, and operating systems, including mobile phones and tablets. This ensures planners can create RFPs on the go, making their experience even more convenient.

The transition to the new White Label RFP form is improved, modern, and seamless. This means a smoother experience for suppliers when receiving and managing RFPs from event planners.
