Platform-wide: Country Name Spelling Updates — The Czech Republic, Swaziland, Cape Verde, and United States Minor Outlying Islands will now be represented as "Czechia", "Eswatini", "Cabo Verde," and "United States of America (Minor Outlying Islands)" respectively throughout the Cvent platform.

Registration: Segment Invitee History Report — New downloadable event-level export that consolidates the full audit trail of invitee–segment changes in one place.

Payments: TouchNet ACTION - Whitelist Return URLs in UPay — To ensure payment success, TouchNet will require redirect URLs to be whitelisted. See full article for configuration details.

Passkey:  Room Occupancy Indicators now on Sub-Block Request Site — The Group Room Request Site will show occupancy availability icons (single, double, triple, or quad) on each hotel card.

Passkey:  Show Available now Includes Waitlisted Inventory — Waitlisted inventory now displayed on both the Hotel and Room Selection pages of the Attendee Booking site, when the "show available" filter is on for improved visibility.

Passkey:  Decoupling Billing Fields when Processing Rooming Lists — In Room List Manager, you can now edit individual billing fields without changing any credit card fields, making field-level changes easier.

Integrations: LinkedIn Audience Segment Stats for Connector — Shows audience match stats directly on the LinkedIn Integration Details page, helping planners/marketers quickly see their synced audience segments when running LinkedIn campaigns within Cvent.

Date change — REST API Endpoint to get URLs for Files Attached to MRFs is now expected to be released on November 19 (was Nov 5).

Attendee Hub: Go Live Billing Notification — Provides clear information about potential charges when publishing the Attendee Hub Website and Event App, reducing confusion and preventing accidental overages.

Attendee Hub: Read-only mode for appointments — When an appointment event is closed, the setting “Allow attendees and exhibitor admins can manage appointments” in the appointment planner configuration will automatically be set to read-only.
