      Registration: New 'Accepted' Email Status and SMTP Code in Email Details Report — You can view two new statuses—message accepted and pending—and access the SMTP code in the planner-side Email details report to understand email performance better.

      Registration: Compare Cross Event Insights — Instantly view side-by-side comparisons of important metrics (like registration counts and attendee engagement) for current vs. previous periods, directly in the Cross Event Insights dashboard.

      Registration: Allow Attendee Status Updating from Pending to Accepted/Declined via REST API — Now, automate the process of moving invitees between Pending, Accepted, and Declined via REST API while updating registration details such as responses to custom questions, session selections, or personal information.

      Registration: REST API Enhancements for List Orders, List Order Items, and List Transaction Items — Updated Orders and Transactions REST API endpoints to improve the developer experience and operational efficiency in reconciling financial data for an event.

Instead of downloading a static Excel report, you can now easily see key similarities and differences between venues—right within your logged-in view.

      Integrations: Real-time Email Notification for Authentication Failures — Now, all relevant integration contacts will receive an email notification whenever an authentication failure occurs. It includes critical scenarios such as failures that cannot be resolved, have an unknown root cause, or are due to insufficient permissions.

      Integrations: REST API Enhancements for List Orders, List Order Items, and List Transaction Items —Updated Orders and Transactions REST API endpoints to improve the developer experience and operational efficiency in reconciling financial data for an event.

      Integrations: View Data Sync Errors in Integration App History Report — Significant report improvements will capture and display detailed information regarding workflow errors, including error type, source, operation, error details, entity information, user, and configuration data.

      Jifflenow: Enhancements to Cvent and Jifflenow Integration — Key enhancements will improve appointment handling, streamline setup, and reduce manual dependencies for customers and internal teams.

      Jifflenow: Enhanced Reminder Summary Emails & Configuration Controls for Meeting Managers — Reminder Summary Emails now list event names and reminder dates for clarity. Managers can enable or disable these emails and select recipients like event owners or support staff. The reminder settings sub-menu has also been renamed from "Setup" to "Configuration" for easier navigation.

      Attendee Hub: Introducing Custom Font Support to Event App — Planners can now choose and apply custom fonts for the Event App from the Custom Fonts library available in Admin. Additionally, they can apply font weights only for those fonts that support different weights.

      Appointments: Enhancements to Cvent and Jifflenow Integration — Key enhancements will improve appointment handling, streamline setup, and reduce manual dependencies for customers and internal teams.

      OnArrival: Secure Sync for OnArrival Android Users — With Secure Sync enabled, OnArrival synchronizes the attendee's complete record in real-time —including status, check-in time, and any other updates—across all devices in real time.

      Webinar/Essentials: Enhanced Reporting Page — Updated Reporting feature, now accessible from the main navigation, makes it easier to find, customize, and save the most-used event reports. Organizers can also securely share reports with stakeholders through the Access Portal.
