      Registration: Site Designer Auto Save — New background auto-save feature saves your work as a draft after 5 seconds of inactivity so you don't lose edits.

      Registration: New Sponsor Widget — Now, when you edit sponsor info in Exhibitor Management, the event website automatically updates, saving you time and providing consistency.

      Registration: Dynamic Segments in Audience Segments — Dynamic segments allow for planner-defined, automated, rule-based attendee assignments, reducing duplicate work and ensuring precise control over who is in each segment.

      Registration: Badge pickup information Widget — New confirmation page widget displays the badge collection locations, ensuring attendees who register on-site with a QR code have easy access to this information for a smooth check-in experience.

      Exhibitor Management: Exhibitor Booth Management — Streamlined booth management by easily creating exhibitor booths and sharing an up-to-date event floor plan with exhibitors via the Exhibitor Portal. Exhibitors can view available booths and either select or request their preferred booth.

      Exhibitor Management: Booth Staff Search by Email — Exhibitor Admins can now add Booth Staff using their email addresses, making staff assignments more convenient and flexible.

      Event Diagramming: Collaborator Visibility in Home Event List — External collaborators can now see the events they’ve been added to directly from their Home Event list, with details also available in the event view. Collaborators can hover on the new icon to view their level of access within each event.

      Event Diagramming: Pro Plan Billing Invoice History — Enhanced transparency in subscription-based eCommerce with billing invoice history. Users can view and track invoices, monitor account status, and pay outstanding invoices.

      Passkey: Redesigned Booking Site Hotels Page — Updated design includes a new default Tile view, List view, rates/availability, and a top navigation menu, making it easier for attendees to find a suitable hotel.

      Passkey: Access Essential Event Details Popup — New popup display on the Event Overview Page provides quick access to essential event details such as dates, language, and currency, improving visibility and simplifying navigation.

      Events+: Credits Page Update — Members now have a new streamlined experience for viewing earned credits and can download a credit breakdown PDF.

      OnArrival: Audience Segments Support — Introducing full audience segment support in the OnArrival app, including new features like attendee list filtering, profile segments, display fields, kiosk segment filters, badge customization, and custom messaging.

      User beta trial opportunity for Attendee Hub Event App users for My Event: Sign up ASAP if interested in early access and testing for My Event. My Event is a fully personalized page within Attendee Hub that will help with engagement by presenting attendees with their "next best action," such as a complete profile, join activity feed or game, etc., and later making it easy to share a daily, AI-generated event recap with stakeholders. Join by completing this form by February 21.
