      Registration: Enhanced Pricing Module with Fee Setup and Workflow Redesign — Pricing can now be enabled directly from the Registration Overview page, consolidating all essential actions—enabling pricing, adding the payment widget in the site designer, and navigating to the pricing page.

      Exhibitor Management: Exhibitor Emails - Account-level Custom Data Tag Support — You can now include account-level custom data tags directly into Exhibitor Emails, enabling greater flexibility and personalization in Exhibitor communications.

      Exchange Solutions


      Event Diagramming: Event Reg Integration Supported in Europe — This release extends integration support to include the EU data center.

      Event Diagramming: Introducing Interactive Floor Plans Visibility — This release adds a dedicated section in Settings for essential resources, including microsite links, embed codes, and previews. This update improves visibility and simplifies sharing Interactive Floor Plans with potential clients, boosting awareness and usage of this tool.

      Actionable Insights


      Integrations: Microsoft Teams Integration — Updated to reflect recent changes in the Microsoft Teams platform, including the renaming of the 'Microsoft Organizer' Custom Field to 'Microsoft Co-Organizer', the introduction of Expanded Walk-in Support, and the addition of Configurable Minimum Participation Duration.

      Integrations: Hubspot Integration — The custom integration has been upgraded to support HubSpot API version 3. It enables the creation and updating of lists and the addition and updating of contacts within those lists from Cvent to HubSpot.

      Reporting: Enhanced Cross Event Report - Event Feedback Detail — The enhancement provides planners with quicker feedback analysis. Upgrading the data source boosts performance and scalability, ensuring faster load times and a smoother workflow for large feedback volumes. A new event filter enables analysis of feedback from up to 50 events in a single report run.

      Surveys: Speaker Names in Feedback Reports — Enhanced the Event Feedback Detail and Answer Detail by Attendee reports to now include an optional column for Speaker Names.

      Attendee Hub: Daily Highlights (Event app only) — AI Daily Summaries and daily statistics for attendees to justify their time, report on key achievements, and for planners to demonstrate event value.

      Attendee Hub: Exhibitors Met (Event app only) — Attendees can now view a daily overview of their interactions with exhibitors, maximizing networking opportunities and nurturing those relationships after the event.

      Attendee Hub: Modernized Tab Navigation (Event app only) — Tab headers have been removed from the page header and left-aligned to make it easier to distinguish between the page title and content sections.

      Attendee Hub/Webinar: Handling Unsupported Operating Systems and Browsers for Embedded Collaborative Presentations — Our system now proactively validates browsers and operating systems before attendees join a meeting. If they're using an unsupported or outdated setup, they'll receive a clear warning upfront, helping them avoid technical issues.

      Appointments: Enhancements for Appointments Reports — We've added support for custom event fields in both the Appointment Usage Details and Appointment Usage Summary reports, and added time-based grouping.

      Appointments: New "My Appointments Page" — This update makes it easier for attendees to manage appointments using new filtering options, intuitive navigation, and comprehensive status tracking for attendees and booth staff.

      Webinar: Studio Speaker Chat Updates — Experience the fresh, new, and easy-to-use chat that’s more reliable and inclusive.

      Essentials: Set Essentials as Your Default Page — Account users can now set Essentials as their default landing page, either in their profile preferences or when creating a new user.
