Event Assistant (AI Chatbot for Websites) — Planners can enable an attendee-facing AI chatbot to help answer invitees' questions as they decide to register for the event. The bot pulls information from the event's public website pages. This is an event-level feature, so during beta, you can choose to use it only on a test event. Sign up now.

Registration: Widget Visibility by Audience Segments — To personalize registration journeys, you can control the visibility of registration questions, contact fields (standard and custom), and text widgets based on Audience Segments.

Registration: New 'Accepted' Email Status and SMTP Code in Email Details Report — We added a new status, 'Message accepted, ' and provided planners with access to the SMTP code in the email details report to help them better understand how their emails are performing.
