Budget Management: Support for Multiple Card Integrations — Budget enables seamless integration of American Express vPay, Citi, and Mastercard within a single account. Send targeted notifications, manage visibility with templates, and use cross-event reporting to track authorized issuers, spending, and transactions effectively.

Budget Management: New Budget REST API Endpoint — Allows retrieval of budget items without an Event ID, in line with previous SOAP behavior. It supports delta-based fetching within a date range, optional filters, and paginated responses for consistent performance.
