Registration: Appointments Now Visible in Invitee Agenda – View each attendee’s sessions and appointments together in the Invitee Agenda for a complete schedule to quickly spot conflicts, back-to-back commitments or gaps, and assess engagement and pending appointments, etc.

Cvent Supplier Network: 'Why This Venue' in Search – Understand why a specific venue is being recommended based on your unique search query. This enhancement adds a concise, contextual, AI-generated summary directly on each venue card within the Search Results Page.

Passkey: Event Dashboard Quick View – We’ve added a new Event Dashboard Quick View in Passkey so you can see key inventory and performance details for an event without drilling into multiple reports or pages.

Budget Management: Create Budget Reports in Build Your Own Reports – Create fully customizable reports using the budget fields and filters from the existing Budget Overview report while choosing your own layout, groupings, and prompts.

Budget Management: New GET Budget Vendor REST API – We’ve added a new GET Budget Vendor REST API and a matching CSV export from the Vendors page so you can pull all account-level vendor records and details in a paginated, filterable format (by Vendor ID, Name, Country, State).

Meeting Request Form: Event Languages – Now set an Event Language directly on the meeting request, and that language is automatically applied to the event website, registration, and emails when the event is auto-created (including Essentials and webinar events).

Attendee Engagement

Attendee Hub: Switch Event to Hybrid After Live Registrations – Now switch event format post-registration from In-person and Virtual to Hybrid without needing to copy events and re-import registration, keeping existing reg data and reporting intact.

Attendee Hub: Set Appointments as Default Schedule Tab in App – For appointment‑focused events, you can now set Appointments as the default landing tab under Schedule in the Attendee Hub app navigation, for both built‑in Appointments and Appointments Premium.

Appointments: Now Visible in Invitee Agenda – Planners will now see an attendee’s appointments right alongside their sessions in the Invitee Agenda in Event Management, filtered by date for easy review.

OnArrival: Removing iOS 17 & Socket Mobile Support – The OnArrival iOS app will support only iOS 18 and newer operating systems. iOS users must be on App version 4.16 or higher.
