      Registration

      • Calendar View in Event Calendars – In this update, you get a new layout option that lets attendees browse events on a familiar monthly or weekly grid, alongside the existing List and Grid views.

      • View Usage Details and Summary in Universal Reports – This update brings together reporting for Registration, Attendee Hub, OnArrival Premium, and Essentials, making it easier for you to understand activity across products without switching between multiple reports.

      • Introducing New Cvent Payments Transaction Details Report – Users with Cvent Payments enabled can now access a new report for Transaction Details for reconciliation and reporting.

      • Introducing Profile Image Cropper in the Profile Image Widget – With this update, attendees can crop and adjust their profile photo before saving to ensure it appears correctly.

      • Introducing REST API for Event Vouchers – The new API support makes it easier to retrieve voucher data and track which attendees used a specific voucher within an event.

      Exhibitor Management

      • Exhibitor Custom Field Visibility – You can now set any field to be visible and editable to all exhibitors, a selection of exhibitors, read-only for exhibitors, or hidden from the exhibitor experience entirely.

      • Question Code for Custom Fields – Exhibitor Custom Fields now support a Question Code. This allows support for different fields with the same name — something that wasn't previously supported.

      Cvent Supplier Network

      • Google Reviews & Ratings on Venue Profiles – Google Ratings help you evaluate venues with greater confidence by providing an independent view of venue quality and guest sentiment directly within the Venue Profile.

      Cvent Passkey

      • Start Transfer Dates Stay In Sync – If you update a hotel’s Reservation Access date in Passkey, the related Start Transfer date will now automatically update to maintain the same timing offset between the two dates.

      Cvent Vendor Marketplace powered by Reposite

      • Create and Manage Vendor RFPs in the CSN Planner Experience – You can now opt in to vendor sourcing directly during the CSN RFP flow, continue into vendor RFP creation from within Cvent, and manage vendor RFP activity in a dedicated Vendors tab.

      • Convert Access Portal Users to Account Users –  Admins and Portal Managers can now convert an Access Portal User into an Account User directly from the portal user overview page.

      Attendee Hub

      • Magic Links for Branded Apps – Enable magic links during your branded app build setup. Attendees can tap a link and go straight to the right event, already logged in, whether they have the app or need to download it first.  

      • Calendar View in Event Calendar – You can set Calendar View as the default layout for your Event Calendar, and your attendees can browse events in a familiar monthly or weekly calendar format or switch between Calendar, List, and Grid views whenever they want.

      • Absence-Based Targeting in Dynamic Audience Segments – Build audience segments based on actions attendees have not taken, such as not logging in, not attending a session, not joining chat, or not submitting a travel request, within the existing dynamic Audience Segments experience. 

      Events+

      • Calendar View in Event Calendar – Set Calendar View as the default layout for your Event Calendar, and your attendees can browse events in a familiar monthly or weekly calendar format or switch between Calendar, List, and Grid views whenever they want.

      • Automated Video Publishing – Choose an Events+ Hub and up to 5 channels for your session pre-recorded videos, and the system will automatically publish them either right away or after your event ends, reducing manual work across products. 

      OnArrival

      • Hybrid Check-in Improvements – Hybrid event attendance counts will more accurately reflect how attendees actually participated, rather than inferring participation from registration type.
