      Plan and Promote


      Registration: New Navigation Menu – Easily navigate Cvent with the new left navigation menu to quickly find what you need, reduce friction, and stay focused on delivering great events.

      Registration: Introducing Event Planning Document REST API – With this endpoint, external systems (such as data warehouses, compliance tools, and custom integrations) can scale and securely retrieve event‑level planning documents and their metadata.

      Registration: Enhancement to Two-way Passkey Integration – You can now assign known invitees to specific Passkey room blocks. This grants an additional level of flexibility beyond existing mapping based on Registration Path or Admission Item.

      Registration: Enhanced Bulk Session Tagging – Now tag up to 200 sessions at once, add up to five tags per session, search and filter sessions by tags, and enjoy faster, more reliable performance.

      Exchange Solutions


      Cvent Supplier Network: New Navigation Menu – Over the coming months, a new navigation menu will roll out to help you find RFP tools more quickly, switch between key workflows more easily, and maintain a consistent experience with the rest of the Cvent platform.

      Passkey: Enhancement to Two-way Passkey Integration – You can now assign known invitees to specific Passkey room blocks. This grants an additional level of flexibility beyond existing mapping based on Registration Path or Admission Item.

      Passkey: Date Change – Access to the Multi-Room Booking Tool in Passkey Manage will now be released on March 11.

      Meeting Request Form (MRF): Create Webinar and Essentials Events from MRF – MRF can now keep submissions in intake until an admin or designated user manually creates a Standard, Webinar, or Essentials event based on permissions and licensing.

      Access Portal: Improvements to Requests and Events Widget – The Requests and Events widget now uses a fast-loading, paginated list instead of a single long table, improving performance for users with many requests or events.

      Jifflenow: Jifflenow Salesforce App – We're releasing a new version of the Jifflenow Salesforce App that focuses on clearer scheduling decisions, richer meeting context, stronger privacy controls, and smoother onsite operations, all without forcing users to leave Salesforce.

      Attendee Hub: Easily Share Contact Details – Attendees can share their contact details directly with each other in the Attendee Hub, extending the power of badge scanning beyond event staff and exhibitors to all participants.

      Attendee Hub/Webinar: Virtual and Blurred Backgrounds – Speakers and hosts can upload custom images or apply a blurred background when presenting in webinars and virtual sessions in Studio.

      Attendee Hub: My Appointments page for built-in Attendee Hub Appointments – The Event App will include a new Appointments page for built‑in Attendee Hub appointments, replacing the old Pending Appointment Requests page.

      Events+: Video Action Card – Every on-demand video can be paired with a dedicated action area designed to move viewers from just watching to taking the next step.

      Essentials: Create, Brand, and Print Events Badges – Design event-level badges, automatically pull registrant data, and either pre-print badges as PDF or on-demand within Essentials.

      Attendee Hub: Event App Updates - Recent list of app updates.

      Products covered in Attendee Engagement are Attendee Hub, Events+, Appointments, OnArrival, LeadCapture, Webinar, and Essentials.
