Registration: Introducing Cvent Assistant Knowledge & Support Capability – This update help you get answers faster by bringing support directly into the product. You can ask questions where they arise, in natural language, get answers with cited sources from the Cvent Community, and move to the right support path for more help.
Registration: Introducing Stock Image Library – This provides a curated collection of licensed stock images directly in the Cvent website editor, enabling you to discover, preview, and apply high‑quality visuals without leaving the platform.
Registration: PayPal Complete Payments (PPCP) is Now Available – This new gateway introduces a supported path for customers who want to use PPCP while also providing an in-product enablement setup experience.
Registration: Update to Merchant Accounts Side Navigation Tabs – We’re updating the Merchant Accounts side navigation to make it easier for admins to distinguish between Cvent Payments accounts and third-party gateway accounts.
Registration: Registration Settings on Registration Overview Page – This update has simplified Registration Settings setup by moving controls and advanced options into the Registration Overview page, reducing navigation and making it easier to keep registration aligned with event goals.
Registration: Segment Audience by Attendee Pricing Fields – With this update, you can now build rule-based audience segments using Payment Information fields making it easy to identify who's paid in full, who's partially paid, and who still has an outstanding balance.
Registration: Modify Registration Shortcuts in Emails – You can now add modification shortcuts directly into post-registration emails, routing attendees straight to the specific widget they need to update.
Registration: Reusable Email Asset Library – This release turns your best-performing event emails into reusable library assets that can be quickly applied to any event in a few clicks.
Registration: Introducing Compare Registration Capability – With this releases, users can compare where registration stood at the same relative point in time across multiple events, rather than only by calendar date.

Cvent Supplier Network (CSN): Save and Revisit Favourite Venues in CSN Search – With this release, if you’re signed in, you can now mark venues as favourites directly from CSN search pages. You can also filter search results to view only your favourite venues, making it easier to return to top choices and narrow your options more efficiently.
Cvent Supplier Network: Get Help and Support Without Leaving Your Workflow – Introducing Cvent Assistant in CSN so that you get answers faster without leaving the work you’re doing.
Cvent Passkey: Sustainability Info For More Hotels – In addition to credentials synced through BeCause, Passkey can now also show sustainability information that hotels manage directly in their CSN venue profile.
Cvent Travel: Streamlined Login via Single Sign-On (SSO) – Buyers and travel managers can now sign in to Cvent Travel using their existing corporate credentials through their organization’s identity provider, instead of managing a separate username and password.
