Improved Video Playback in Webinar's Studio Broadcasts

Video playback will now support reduced bandwidth requirements for video playback regardless of the video's length or resolution. In addition to the performance improvements this also means the ability to support larger video files, and because the new transcoding engine is more powerful, it'll also mean faster processing. Almost all aspect of video processing and playback are being improved.
