OnArrival SSO Enhancements

New SSO Login Method for OnArrival | iOS

With this release, we will be introducing a new SSO login method using Organization ID for OnArrival. This method already exists for app.cvent.com/Cvent Event Management login, and support is now being added for the OnArrival login.

If a user currently uses SSO to log into OnArrival, the login process will change slightly. After clicking "Login with SSO", users will now need to select "Domain" before proceeding with their credentials.

However, if a user already uses Organization ID to log into app.cvent.com/Cvent Event Management, they will now be able to log into OnArrival the same way. They would simply select "Organization ID" after clicking "Login with SSO", and then proceeding with their credentials.

This update will streamline the login process across all Cvent platforms, providing a consistent experience for our users.

Android support will be rolled out in a future release.
