Cvent Essentials is a purpose-built solution designed to streamline the creation and management of high volume, repeatable field marketing events, driving both pipeline growth and revenue.  

The product combines key event management components, including promotion and registration, onsite management, and audience engagement, in a simplified manner. Featuring a user-friendly interface and robust templates, Cvent Essentials empowers a wide range of users beyond the centralized planning team, facilitating the effortless scaling of event programs throughout an organization.

For the centralized planning team

For the Extended Users

  • A user-friendly, easy-to-learn, all-in-one solution that enables users to independently create on-brand, compliant field events without waiting for or relying on the centralized team.

Centralized event planning teams can maintain brand and data consistency, privacy and security compliance, and extended user success without the need for time-consuming oversight. By leveraging event templates, centralized event planning teams can establish and enforce guardrails and starting points to maintain branding standards, consistently collect registration information, comply with security and privacy regulations, and gather effective event feedback for program benchmarking.. Administrators have full control over event template visibility based on event metadata, eliminating confusion and incorrect template choices by extended users.

Extended users, with minimal training on Cvent, can effortlessly create their own events using these pre-approved templates. By providing event details such as description, agenda, and location, an on-brand attendee website is automatically generated for potential registrants. Extended users can easily build their invitee list, send invitations to their intended audience, and provide a streamlined and elegant registration process for attendees. Day of the event, onsite staff will be able to easily check in registrants via OnArrival by either scanning a QR code or by directly going to the attendee list in OA. We can support onsite registration, and all this data is captured electronically, flowing seamlessly back into Cvent and any integrated platform. In the room, customers can easily engage with the audience electronically – attendees can scan a QR code to participate in polls or q&a and ultimately take the feedback survey.
