Jifflenow: Meeting Title Update - Cvent <> Jifflenow OOTB Integration

Jifflenow uses the "Meeting With" field as the meeting subject. While this is useful internally (e.g., “Meeting with Sony”), it becomes confusing when the external user logs in and sees a meeting “with themselves.”

Additionally, customers with Jifflenow <> Cvent custom integrations already use a “Meeting Title” field. These customers are unable to adopt the out-of-the-box Cvent integration, which lacks support for this field, limiting scalability and product adoption.

Key Highlights

Jifflenow will automatically seed the optional “Meeting Title” field in the outbound meeting form. It will be configurable per engagement type and used in both Jifflenow UI and integrations like Cvent. The “Meeting With” field will still exist, but the “Meeting Title” will be prioritized for external-facing views.
