Attach calendar item to registration confirmation email

Event organizers and marketers executing events that have a lower barrier to entry and lower "stakes" - events where there are no fees, no travel for the attendee, or no credits, often see a drop off in attendance compared to registration. Attendees register with ease, given the fact that there is no downside for them, but often forget to attend or find something else to do instead.

To help increase the attendance rate, attendees will now receive the calendar attachment for event dates along with their registration confirmation email.

Note: This capability will be available only for events, not for individual sessions.
