Email Management

Webinar organizers will be able to preview and customize email content using the Email Designer so that they can communicate more effectively with their attendees. Organizers will be able to manage communication preference by being able to choose the sender email address, name, and subject line. They will also be empowered to reach a wider audience via our translations for supported languages, and to track email delivery.

Key Highlights

For Webinar Premium Users:

• From the email list on Marketing page - users will be able to preview email content

• Emails will include language translations for all supported languages

• Organizers can customize the content of our provided webinar emails using Email Designer

• Subject, From Name and From Email Address can now be updated

  • 'From Email' Address Update: The default account email address is automatically selected. The email address can be updated individually in each email from the list of available emails under Admin > Data Lists > Account Email Address.

• Email editor is streamlined with the widgets, data tags and settings targeted for Webinar needs

• Email Delivery Tracking (Available in Cross Event Reports only)

• Cvent Email Footer will be removed if account has purchased the branding package
